Death from Restaurant Cooler lock-in results in law suit! |

Tennessean.com - The family of Jay Luther, the co-owner of Germantown Cafe who died a year ago after being locked in Germantown Cafe East’s walk-in cooler, is suing the company that installed a security system in the restaurant, the business that delivered the dry ice, Metro Police and others in a negligence lawsuit filed late last week.
The lawsuit, filed in Davidson County Circuit Court almost a year to the day after the tragedy, alleges that several parties acted carelessly, contributing to Luther’s death from carbon dioxide poisoning. Continue
