The owners of Pablo's Taqueria in Palm Beach Gardens say that they have a strict "no racists" policy and kindly asked Limbaugh to leave the premises when he attempted to place his order. Continued |

Qsrmagazine.com - Due in large part to softer same-store sales and customer traffic levels, the National Restaurant Association’s (NRA) Restaurant Performance Index (RPI) declined in December.
The RPI, a monthly composite index that tracks the health of and outlook for the U.S. restaurant industry, stood at 99.7 in December, down 0.2 percent from November. In addition, December marked the third consecutive month in which the RPI stood below 100, which signifies contraction in the index of key industry indicators. Continue |

Elpasotimes.com - A disgruntled employee allegedly broke into a West side restaurant to make himself two burritos.
Ivan Ramos, 23, allegedly used a tire iron to break a window and enter Taco Del Mar, 7411 Remcon, to make two bean burritos on Jan. 18. Police responded to the restaurant at about 10:30 p.m. and found a window had been smashed. The kitchen had been used, but nothing was missing. Continue

OPD officers arrested Josue Morales, 33, and charged him with theft by obtaining credit card by fraudulent means, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and criminal use of personal information.
